GameReviewPad gives their thoughts on the Cuphead on Xbox and Windows 10: Official E3 Trailer.

Louis Hughes says:

One of my most anticipated games for Xbox One has always been Cuphead when it was revealed back in 2014. I still find it amazing that they got the animation of old cartoons from the 1930s down to a tee. While the trailer did take a jab at itself for multiple delays, it hasn’t changed my mind on how badly I want to play this. Reports came out from people who played it at E3 last year about the controls not being tight for the platforming sections of the game. I haven’t heard if that has been tweaked, but I’m sure for a game with this type of artwork it takes time to get everything on par. Not to mention this game was supposed to be a boss battle run until feedback had them adding levels to the game. Hopefully, with all the delays, the game is still on people’s radar with a September release (we hope).
