GameReviewPad gives their thoughts on the The Crew 2 Announcement Trailer.
Louis Hughes says:
While I haven’t played the previous game, I wanted to, but was turned off by the always online catch. With the exception of Forza Horizon, most open world racing games fall short for me. I didn’t even know about the sequel, so I decided to watch it and this game has me surprised. Even though the open world racing is back, they showed what added features are new to the sequel and it delivered. Not only will you race in cars, but also in the air and on water. I got a Diddy Kong Racing/Sonic All-Stars Racing Transformed vibe, but it’ll be in a realistic tone. The trailer ended with you being the champ of all races, so it’s to be believed that you have to do well in all three vehicle types. I look forward to playing this, as long as the always online feature is not present. By the time of this writing this hasn’t been confirmed.
