Disco Elysium

Disco Elysium is a game that I found out about roughly halfway through 2018, was skeptical about it, but the more I read details and blogs about it, the more I became intrigued. I am always drawn to the detective genre, and the last detective game to get my hyped was LA Noire (and was somewhat disappointed). The concept of an open world isometric detective RPG, where you have total control of how you solve a case is something I feel we’ve been missing in video games. To be honest, I’m surprised we haven’t had one like this before. If ZA/UM can pull this off to make me truly feel like a detective in control, not led in a straight line, then I will be in gaming heaven.

My only concern is whether the case(s) is randomly generated or if it can easily be spoiled, hopefully the former. I am also curious to see all the possibilities and different paths one can take.
