GameReviewPad gives their thoughts on the Thronebreaker: The Witcher Tales Official Gameplay trailer.

Andre Calvert says:

Thronebreaker: The Witcher Tales is a game I’ve been waiting for a very long time, but CD Projekt Red had been very tight on game information and release date information until recently. A teaser trailer was released that didn’t explain much, but that got me to keep my eyes peeled for more information soon, then a release date announcement hit, followed by some gameplay. Thronebreaker: The Witcher Tales Official Gameplay trailer is a good presentation of a trailer filled with many nuggets to make me want to play this.

I am still one of few who hasn’t played The Witcher 3 yet, but what peaked my interested was the GWENT card game. The presentation in this trailer shows player choice, upgrades, and plenty of exploration, all things that should provide many hours of entertainment. What the trailer does very well is present a good announcer to showcase everything. I am very curious what the replay value of Thronebreaker will be, but it should be good enough. The graphics in the trailer show you walking in a world and exploring your surroundings, something that is far more expansive then even I thought would be included. It shouldn’t be surprising given game length, depth, and success of the The Witcher 3, but for a game like this centered around a card game this is impressive.

I simply can’t wait to play Thronebreaker: The Witcher Tales and I hope it delivers a solid quality experience as seen in this Thronebreaker: The Witcher Tales Official Gameplay trailer.
