This trailer for Just Shapes & Beats is very interesting and creative, as it shows off the game's quick gameplay. Bullet-hell games have that natural stereotype of the vertical or horizontal format with bullets flying everywhere, but as you can see in this trailer Just Shapes & Beats is a different animal. Just Shapes & Beats presents a unique bullet-hell experience that separates it from the pack by filling the screen with shapes of many different sizes and types, with different movement presentations.

The levels presented in the trailer all seem very different, which is great for me to see, as seeing different setups is always refreshing. I can't say I'm the biggest bullet-hell fan, but in any genre, if a game innovates in anyway it will always catch my attention to re-evaluate my perception. This game does that in flying colors, in many different shapes and sizes. Even the music presented is very catchy. The prospect of a 4-player couch co-op for a game like this makes it all the more appealing. I'm very curious to see the finished product of Just Shapes & Beats, as the trailer has me interested in a game genre I'm normally apprehensive about.
