As a 1990s Sega Genesis owner, I am a bit embarrassed to say that this is my first time playing a ToeJam & Earl game. I was also intrigued to play this because I’m a big fan of rogue-like games.
I love playing puzzle games, especially puzzle games that use unique concepts in gameplay and storytelling. This review is based on my experience playing Degrees of Separation in single player mode with a controller.
Although FPS games are not really my genre, I’m willing to compromise when the game has an interesting concept. I’m also a big fan of rogue-lite games.
I really enjoy playing sandbox games, especially games that try to do something different within the genre. I’m glad I played Minecraft because the positives of what it did well are starting to shine now when compared with newer games that fall short.
I enjoy playing many board games like Ticket to Ride,Settlers of Catan, and Risk, but I’ve never played Evolution before. I also have some experience playing various digital ports of them.
