2016 has been a fantastic year for video games. We’ve seen so many great releases spaced nicely throughout the year, there is something for everyone. Out of all of the games I have played this year, No Man’s Sky is easily my most disappointing game of the year.

Now I wrote the review of No Man’s Sky and came to the conclusion that the initial launch was disappointing but it had potential. We’re now four months later, and honestly, I have to say that I still feel the same way. Now Hello Games has released some new content after months of being silent after the rough start, but the farther I get from the last time I played the game, the more I just don’t care to go back. I was skeptical since they announced the game that it wouldn’t be as great as gamers wanted or as Hello Games was promising. I honestly hoped I was wrong when it released.

Outside of No Man’s Sky, there really wasn’t anything else that disappointed me this year.
